The Prestige City Hyderabad Master Plan is the cumulative layout plan of the project set on 64 acres comprising 4647 apartments, 119 villas, 3 clubhouses, and a high-street Retail Mall. The master planner and the Chief Architect of the project is Hafeez contractor. The project site is located in Rajendra Nagar, Budwel, Hyderabad, one of the prime locales in Hyderabad.
